Dr. Smull is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and has completed extensive accredited training in sleep medicine. He is highly skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of complex pulmonary (lung) conditions and diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, chronic cough, COPD, emphysema, pleural effusion, pneumonia, and tuberculosis. In addition, Dr. Smull has special expertise in the detection and treatment of sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, snoring, and restless leg syndrome. He is affiliated with the Center of Sleep Diagnostics at Parkland Medical Center.
